The Therapy Centre has received national recognition for its contribution to the skincare industry and is home to three Dermalogica Skin Therapists Michelle Myers, Kylie Clark and Sandy Hamilton who have has been awarded Dermalogica Expert status, recognising them as the highest trained skin care professionals in the country having completed on-going postgraduate education at the International Dermal Institute, training with the world’s leading professional skin care brand, Dermalogica. To achieve this Expert status, our Skin Therapists have completed a succession of specialist product, treatment and business workshops which are offered only to the most skilled and knowledgeable therapists and are part of the Dermalogica Circle awarding and recognising The Therapy Centre for commitment to excellence and innovation. Access to The Therapy Centre is via the main entrance of Marton Pharmacy during pharmacy opening hours. If your appointment is after 6pm Monday to Friday or 1pm on Saturdays, the pharmacy will be closed, please use The Therapy Centre entrance at the rear of the building. Please only arrive a maximum of 5 minutes before your treatment time to avoid disturbing other clients who are enjoying their treatments. Access after 6pm Monday to Friday and after 1pm Saturdays is for clients with pre booked appointments only.
There is a private car park available for two hours free parking. Please advise us (on the day) if you use the facilities for longer than this and we can ensure you don’t receive a parking fine. Please note that this is only available for the Marton Estates Car Park directly outside of our premises, not the car park over the road at Marton Shops.
All treatment times are approximate and include consultation and preparation time.
A deposit of 50% or payment in full will be required for treatments over the value of £50 and limited edition promotions.
Please advise us if you are pregnant when making your appointment. Appointments can be adapted for pregnancy but can only be performed after 12 weeks.
We ask clients to switch off mobile phones to keep our environment soothing and relaxing.
If you cannot make an appointment we request that you give us 48 hours notice. This means that another client may be given the opportunity of your treatment time and helps us to ensure the viability of our business. If you fail to give us adequate notice on more than one occasion you will be required to pay in full upon booking all future appointments. (This can be completed over the telephone for your convenience)
If you fail to give us 48 hours notice where you have paid a deposit or paid in full, the payment will be retained for lost business and will not be transferred.
For bookings for Gift Certificates, if you fail to give us adequate notice of cancellation then 50% of the value of your Gift Certificate will be forfeited and you will be required to pay this value upon rebooking.
